Sorry, I meant is there a particular USB port I should use for the HDD.
Oh, ok. The back top port, if your Wii U is lying flat

And you have file extensions hidden? (Just making sure, if not you need to add ".iso" to the images)
Hmm, I always just renamed .gcm to .iso, I thought they were the same thing. They work the same after being renamed, they can be burnt and loaded through a disc drive, or loaded through emu or nintendont.

Greywolf do u know blackwolf?
nintendont maybe support lan games over the internet?
My problem, simply, is Nintendont.
I've tried loading Nintendont from HBC as well as using USB Loader GX, and get the same error. Only controller I have is a wired GC controller, and the wiimote of course. No bluetooth in use on the Wii except that. You load nintendont directly from the homebrew channel right? BTW this crash leads to no nintendont function but to the bluetooth functions, is your bluetooth alright? do you have any bluetooth controllers connected?

yea I really cant tell whats up exactly, I'm fairly sure though its something about the wii itself rather than with your devices. The crashlog you showed there says nothing else I can read out.
Not currently. It was being worked on at one point, but the developer tackling it ran into a wall and hasn't been heard from since
is your hdd self powered or using a Y cable? wiiu hdds need to either have their own power outlet or a y cable, since the wiiu power trough usb doors sucks.Sorry, I meant is there a particular USB port I should use for the HDD.
Is there a way of just supporting LAN in general?
IE, not over the internet?
Thanks![]()
you are trying the latest version on your tests? 330 nowThe info that shows up is slightly different each time, I think (it's hard to tell without comparing in something like notepad++). Is there a way I can get you a real log as a text file or something more in depth? I saw a logging item in the settings in USB Loader, would that help?
I have tried 330, 276, 247, 229... and I don't know about the drive but I tried several different hard drives older and newer, 2.0 and 3.0... and a couple flash sticks. It crashes before even starting the process.you are trying the latest version on your tests? 330 now
