Hacking Nintendont is only outputting to tablet? Can I have it output to TV?

When in WiiU mode I have image on both TV and Tablet. When I launch Nintendont (GameCube Animal Crossing), the signal goes away (and it goes to sleep), but on tablet I get the Wii logo and the game starts.

I installed the game via WUP installer and am launching it from Wii U menu.

How do I make the game output to TV?

Do you have a Wiimote synced to the console? When you start an Enhanced Vwii title it will ask you to use a wiimote to select external only, both, or press start for gamepad only - in this 3rd case you can't switch on the external output again without quitting the game and going through the choice again

Issue was the TV doesnt support 480i, only 480p. Tried on a different TV and all worked.

You on a euro wii u? I think usa wii u can do older stuff over hdmi but not the euro wii us
