well all of the nintendogs released in japan where released in US and all have the same titles expect one , so you probably think that Nintendogs - Shiba & Friends wasent released in US , but it was it just has a diffrent title , its called Nintendogs - Lab & Friends

If you really want that version in English... Unpack Japanese Shiba & Friends rom. Unpack English other Nintendogs rom. Search for the text files (I mean .bin or some other stuff. Copy it to the Japanese rom. Pack the Japanese rom again ... Profit.
