It also doesn't matter because none of us are likely to get one at all.

Nintendo Zones can send signed data to DSs to download.Sorry for being a noob, but what can we do with this?
Well seeing as how Nintendo Zone has the ability to write data into the 3DS, in heavily speculative theory we could wirte data directly into it. Now something like rom loading may be far fetched but it could be possible to edit the firmware or even replace it entirely. Or at the very least access some kind of internal memory. Didn't the hackers do something like this with DSDownload stations?

Ahh ok, I wasn't too sure if it sent data or wrote data (because you can save N-Zone pages to the 3DS) which is why I said "HEAVILY SPECULATIVE"Nintendo Zones can send signed data to DSs to download.Sorry for being a noob, but what can we do with this?

Keyword: Signed. They're completely useless for hacking, except if they might have the private keys written in plain text in their memory, which won't happen.

EDIT: Addendum: They won't probably run unsigned code as the debug units anyway, and even if they did, the DS/3DS which will receive the data will still not load it as it's not signed.

Well, looking at the access the Nintendo Zone from home 'hack', it looks like it still accesses pages on the Nintendo remote servers.Ahh ok, I wasn't too sure if it sent data or wrote data (because you can save N-Zone pages to the 3DS) which is why I said "HEAVILY SPECULATIVE"Nintendo Zones can send signed data to DSs to download.Sorry for being a noob, but what can we do with this?
