Misc Nintendo WiFi and Backup

Hello all,

I have a G6lite. Is it a good idead to connecto to Ninteno WiFi with my Picross-Backup Rom and my DS or does Nintendo detect it and deactivate my "account" / ban my DS?

Anyone have an idea?
