Hardware Nintendo switch won't charge or power on

I have a nintendo switch that doesn't charge and doesn't power on.

I've opened the console and see the m92t36 chip like the attached file

do you think it can be a problem? how can i fix it?

Check if there is a continuity path to all charging components to USB-C port

You right there is not continuity with all parts.

I add a image for the points of continuity with colors. The battery- has good continuty but the battery+ hasn't.

¿Someone has the route for the battery+ pole?

When I put the ac conector the switch stared to do a continusly noise, I don't know what that.

If you really want to fix it yourself which is not easy watch some videos on YouTube.
I recommend tronicsfix and at a push some of the late my mate vince (he used to break them early on!)

I love the early My Mate Vince videos. They were so cringe, like the one where he tried to replace the M92T36 chip without removing the board from the frame lol.
