Hardware Nintendo Switch USB Charger question

In first instance.......Well I don't known how to say this.....well
I use this charger in the Switch, obviously the console don't charge fast
But are any danger to use it?

No because the official charger is 15V at 2.6A so u will just be trickle charging all the time

not good to use with the dock(when the switch is docked) as that needs MORE power then just the switch

dock has to get
power for the charging the switch
power for 3x usb ports
power for HDMI


i have a 5v - 2.1A external battery, it works fine (with just the switch)
it might be a slow charge when playing, but it works

so i understand this,my charger can charge the console but very slow and is not too much stable right?

It will discharge faster then charge at that low volts and amps
