just the processor diference makes it 2 times the shield portable power

shield portable still run on the old tegra 4 and switch runs on tegra x, its like saying that ps3 is more powerfull than the switch because it had 3.2 GHz PowerPC-based "Power Processing Element" (PPE) and six accessible Synergistic Processing Elements (SPEs) or even xbox 360 becuase it used a tricore 3.2ghz cpu, GHZ value means nothing when comparing tegra 4 to tegra X, nowadays a cpu is much faster with much less ghz required.
I never said the Switch was less powerful than the Shield, wth?

with NO access to Nintendo exclusives :P
Which is exactly what's putting the Switch on the list.

The Switch is the only Console I've ever owned in which I want to purchase all of the games I want to play. At this point, I don't even care about homebrew or hacking my device. I'd be happy keeping this one up to date which has never happened with a portable console for me.

Also, I think it's unfair to say "Well the Shield/3DS/Vita had console quality games". Yeah, you know what, they did. "Console quality" being the key phrase here. What the Switch has ARE CONSOLE GAMES, not console quality. I personally feel there's a clear distinction between the two.
For Instance:

The Vita had a few console quality games like Killzone, Uncharted, Tearaway, etc. Now, in this list, all three could be argued that they're definitely home console games, but they don't work like console games, they don't FEEL like console games. They feel like games that were made for a handheld. If I blew them up on a 1080P/4K screen, I would still feel like I were playing a handheld game. I don't get that feeling with the Switch at all. All of the games The Switch has feel like I were playing them on a PS4 or Xbone. They feel great to control, play and experience whether on the go or at home. Maybe it's because we have the option of both that I don't feel the same way I feel with a Vita or 3DS in my hands.

I know it's all anecdotal, but I can't think of anyway else to explain it.

Weren’t their phones the ones found to contain spyware for the Chinese Government? Something like 80-90% according to the NSA and DoD? No thanks china!

You can't take a shield with you and the shield is garbage as a video game player. 3ds DOES have console quality games on it: rune factory, fantasy life, Zelda 3d remakes, Kingdom Hearts 3d, Tales of Abyss, Luigi's Mansion 2 etc etc
not supported with console alaas

^_^

The Switch is still a bit too big as a handheld console, but it is an amazing console. Nintendo redeemed themselves after the trainwreck that was the Wii U.

That's ironic.
