Hacking Nintendo Switch not connecting to PC when using RCM

Hello, i am using my switch and it is in RCM mode because i have to hold the power button for 12 seconds to go back to Horizon OS, but it isn't showing up on my PC, the USB ports work, the switch does notice that is has been connected but I don't see a device called "APX", and I also tried using Zadig but it didn't recognize the switch either

Okay i got it, turns out the usb c cable i used is broken so i got a new one and now its recgonized by the pc
