Providing cheats that you yourself highlight aren't tested or known to work on emulators flies in the very face of this thread's purpose.

When I first downloaded them there was no ""Ryujinx" folder at all. But he must have just added it.

The easiest way is from the Ryujinx main menu.

Right click on the game itself and choose "open mods directory". This will take you to the folder you need.
If there isnt already add a folder called "cheats". If there is one double click it
paste the text file into this cheats folder. (in the case of Super Mario RPG name the text file E968832CADE2AD7C.txt)
Now in Ryujinx again you right click the game again and choose 'manage cheats' and they should be listed.
