i think everyone that has been eshop banned is now "super banned"Maybe a lot of people will receive the super ban very soon then I guess unfortunately

Yes you can get this error code without using using your console's certificate with CDNSP because they are upgrading all bans to superbans. Please also fill out the form in the OP when you get a chance.Ok so I have just received the super ban code 2137-7403 but I have never used my cert to download on CDN only ever used the public ones

We still get the news though so at least we can still see when there are updates to our installed games then just have to get them by other means so not really a big issue I guess

If you could also fill out the form in OP when you have some time, I would greatly appreciate it.RIP, got the 2137-7403 error code meaning as of today I've been SuperBanned.
Kinda salty since I didn't really want to download every single game and "stability" update from now on through other illicit means, but I digress, not the end of the world.

Pretty safe because if you were to play say Mariokart with your friend and he hacked his console, you don't know if his was hacked or not (as long as your console is not hacked) and thus Nintendo cannot assume the same for you.Since you guys are the experts on bans, how safe is an untampered switch that connected with a hacked switch (banned or not) for local co op and whatnot?

If you could also fill out the form in OP when you have some time, I would greatly appreciate it.

I searched for your name at first to see if you submitted a report and nothing popped up. Then when you said you made one previously, I dug through the thread and found your report but I can't remember why I didn't add it back then. Water under the bridge now so thanks for the report!Made one previously, but sure man.

Not 100% safe although some users will attest that they haven't been banned for doing so. The users who were banned for playing their own games on OFW dumped them into .XCI format so that might have contributed to their ban. If you leave them in their original format, you might be safer than those who did not. Also, .NSP-related bans have been far and few between. Although the theoretical risk is there, I just don't have the data to support them being less safe than .XCI (even though some people accidentally connected online with .NSP without a ban). Lastly, there is nothing that will insta-ban bar doing one thing: connecting online with an .XCI without a certificate. Many people have managed to avoid a ban somehow despite being online with any kind of CFW. Of course, you acknowledge taking that risk if you're too lazy to boot back into OFW (which I recommend) but little to no one was banned just for having CFW while online for now.Hey @Draxzelex, i asked you this last time, but seeing how Nintendo is getting "good" with their protection/bans i want to be informed/updated.
How "safe" is to play XCI games offline and play legal games online (on ofw). Whats the pattern? I assume NSP are way more dangerous as of now and would be a ban.
Edit: For what i can see, having online connection (even if is not for playing online games) while on cfw is a guarantee ban, right?
