Homebrew Nintendo Old3ds-Old2ds Homebrew hacking

Hello there guys.I have a question for you.
Since RWpnG does not work for Nintendo Old3ds 11.5X (all codes patched) is there a new way of hacking a 2ds-3ds and installing homebrew on v11.5X?
I have tried everything possible,nothing worked out for me.
One method i didnt try is the R4 3ds RTS method (<-Idk if that even works as it says)

That's the best method, I've used it and can confirm it works on 11.5 O2DS to install Boot9Strap, FBI, freeShop, etc.

Are there any tutorials out there using R4i FC to hack a 3ds?Does that work with any R4i FC or just a particular one?Thanks
