Gaming Nintendo monetizes Lets play videos with forced ads

Basically youtube apparently gives nintendo and other publishers/devs the ability to claim material made by them, so now anyone who does lets plays and makes money off them will be forced to put ads on their videos so nintendo gets a cut.

What do you guys think? Should nintendo be allowed to take a cut from lets plays even tho content creators provide commentary?
