I'm sadly in one of these. There is absolutely NO technical support for the Switch here. While official repair centers exist, they're not by Nintendo and instead a company meant to replace Nintendo here.
And apparently they don't care about warranties at all because we sent in our left joycon that had the plastic on the control stick broken. They somehow deemed that it is our fault and not theirs, and wanted to extract $20 for a repair of a dumb analog stick.
And here, if you lock your switch and forget your PIN, you can throw it in the trash as it is literally impossible to get ANY support here for that. The regional site for Nintendo lists 1 support email that never responds, the self-service for master keys isn't available for XKJ serials, and Nintendo support won't resolve the issue via chat and wants an international call that nets you a $3/min charge, and you can't guess how many minutes are you going to spend on the support.
Just... why? Why are they selling switches here if you can't get any support for them?
