did you, at some point, used a software to install all game (illegitimate) tickets so you could download them all from eshop wback in the freeshop days?

if yes, you need to remove the illegitimate ticket to be able to download the content from eshop

Did you uninstalled custom firmware despite being advised not to? If you heve fake tickets installed that are preventing downloads of legit titles, there's no way to delete them now.
