Removing CFW is not recommended, unless you're selling the 3DS to someone who doesn't want CFW.

If you're having a problem with it, removing CFW won't fix it.

What? No it's not! Removing CFW won't fix any issues, but it might make more issues, or make existing ones worse.

Don't skip the litmus test where you extract and decrypt the NATIVE *.firm. If launching it freezes in GodMode9, your uninstalling CFW is definitely "no go".

If you want to go straight ahead gambling on uninstalling CFW without due diligence checking that it's safe to do so and it bricks, you'll need to rehack or revive it with NTRboot.
