+1 more for worms,

by the way, have there been enough votes to merit 15+ and 20+ categories?
There are quite a few actually... if more people want this I could do so

Just wondering if I'm reading this right (since it is a lengthy thread) - there are more negative Picross votes than positive?

There might be no need to create yet more categories - maybe just change the boundaries for the current categories.

Ie. make it so a game needs 15 or 20 votes to be in the Essential list, rather than 10.

And change the other categories accordingly, etc.

Puzzlemaniak is a fabulous homebrew, a puzzles collection ( originally from Simon Tatham's Portable Puzzle Collection) with fast easy little challenges & online daily challenge & scores.

Planet Puzzle League is a winner in challenge mode ( there are also very good homebrew games in the same area : like Tetattds 2.0 and Setsuzoku no Puzzle from Stravingo the author of DS Weather report and Treasures of Gaia. Setsuko no Puzzle just just win the gba-nds.com 2007 Competition with Setsuzoku no Puzzle )

I also recommende Mario Vs Donkey Kong : March of the minis and if you like it the fantastic port of lemmings with the free Lemming DS

+1 for Zelda no Densetsu: Mugen no Sunadokei, the japanese version of the upcoming hit...

+1 for Electroplankton because it is ... special and zen ;-)

I still enjoy the old Dsokoban ( now also ported to DS with CaisseDS )

Don't miss the free DS Chess if you like Chess ( Now with DLDI support and customizable opening book. It builds upon a very strong open source chess engine called Fruit 2.1 by Fabien Letouzey (now free after being commercial for a couple years after it became vice world computer chess champion 2005 and one of the strongest chess programs in the world : www.fruitchess.com).

So let's play ;-)
