Honestly, was this project even alive in the first place?

This is only a website (as in not even the actual application itself) with a materialize CSS template (with none of the actual text changed. Hell, there's even a lorem ipsum text in there and the footer is a bunch of "link 1", "link 2" and stuff like that).

I'm sorry, but in order to try and do something like this, you gotta actually get access to the DSi mode Wifi. And that's a first. There are so much more things you gotta do too.
For now, though, I guess it'll still remain a dream until someone gets access to the DSi mode Wifi.

No, there is no homebrew shop type app on DSi yet. There's a very early WIP of Universal-Updater, but it's not stable enough to use because development has stalled due to dsiwifi being unstable.

dsidl + the QR codes on Universal-DB is the closest at the moment
