Witch will die out First the Wii or NDS

DS will never die. It came out in 2005 (maybe 2004 not so sure) and still up till now, is such a big hit with the DSi XL and all the new good games and all like Pokemon Black/White, Layton, etc..
Wii was good and sold millions for it's time mainly only cause of the motion controls that it had. Otherwise, it's just a console with Gamecube-like graphics. (Not saying it's bad, it's awesome! I have one) But I definitely feel the Wii is dying.

Do you mean the regular DS/DS Lite/DSi or the whole entire series? If so, I think sometime the Wii AND DS will probably both die in the future. My guess the DS will last longer than the Wii since the portables do last a bit longer than the consoles.

i dont see wii going away for 2-4 years, the ds on the other hand will become retro in about 2 years because of 3ds

I can see the DS having another 2 years on it. The 3ds is likely going to be a pretty penny when it arrives.
Not everyone will be jumping to the 3DS immediately. There tons of DS's out there, i dont think it will so really soon but eventaully duh.
I dont seen it sticking around as long as the PS2 but hey one can dream

The Wii? according to me and my friends the wii is already dead in the water.
Sure casual gamers and grandparents buy them, but they dont use them after day one.

The DS is now the new Gameboy Brand Name. I think they will use the DS brand name for a while. So I'll say the Wii will die out first unless they finally keep a common Brand name for a home console.

The NDS will die first, because we have the 3DS ciming which COULD be much better since we don´t know how it is yet.

Edit: if the 3ds sucks(which I do not expect) then the NDS will live forth and the wii will die because Nintendo will announce soon enough a new home console.

I voted DS. 2011 looks very bad in terms of software. There's only a few big titles coming out. That and the 3DS coming out next year the DS will be discontinued by 2013.

That aside, I voted neither. This poll just seems immature and unnecessary. The DS will die out soon, the DSi will keep going for a bit but eventually people will transition to the 3DS, which will have everything the DSi brought and much much more.

The Wii will die out slowly after Nintendo release the next console.

The Gen V Pokemon games haven't been released outside of Japan yet. And they are guaranteed to drive DS sales. Plus, the GBA was still chugging along (albeit slowly) for quite a while after the DS released, whereas the Game Cube was gone in no time... and that's why I voted that the Wii is going out first.

If Nintendo slaps a low enough price on the DS, it's gonna keep selling far too long, like the PS2 did.

The novelty of the Wii is dead. Regardless of your thoughts on the Kinect, I have seen the Move totally own the Wii in performance.

It's had it's moment in the sun. Now the PS3 is easily the better machine in doing the 'Wii thing'.

On the other hand, in hand held gaming the Nintendo Hand helds have never had practical competition from the PSP. And the 3DS likely won't make life easier for Sony.

But in the realm of hand held doodads, the Nintendo hand helds DO have competition, it just depends on how deep your pocket is eh. If you have 1000 bucks, HP can give you a full screen sized touch sensitive fully windows capable, portable computer complete with keyboard. Won't fit in your pocket, but who the fuck cares.
