Nintendo 3DS eShop Extremely Slow and Buggy

Is it just me, or does the 3DS eShop seem to be not functional? I went on the eShop through my 3DS (yes, I still use my 3DS!), and noticed slow loading times (as long as five minutes) and errors.

that i dont know. mine loaded and logged right in within less than 1 minute, Seems normal to me.
