Hi today one friend told me if i could install cfw on his 3DS that he bought on a secon hand shop and it has parental control is already on the newest update is there any way to get the parental control code because i need internet for ninjhax and all the other exploits

I haven't dealt with any parental codes in a long time, but I am pretty sure you can try to reset it by calling nintendo, you are given an inquiry number. Use that, as well as the date on your device and plug it into the website. I am sure you can figure out the rest.
