SOLVED i did what i said and it worked i downgraded to 4.2 and then i updated to 9.0 and did everything again so if any mod want to erease this thread feel free to do it or keep it if someone has the same problem

Good for you!... Then, definitely solution is having a clean SysNAND (without any .cia kind of modification like downgraded MSET or whitelist), isn't it?
