ROM Hack NHSE Flag Help Request

Hello, Alle!

I somehow hadn't unlocked the reaction wheel within my gameplay of ACNH, and was wondering whether or not anyone knew the way to unlock it through NHSE. I know that there's the unlock for the ItemWheel in there, but when manually searching I couldn't find anything similar for the Reaction Wheel.

I think if you get a flag dump from someone who have it unlocked could do the trick
