Hacking newbie wiiu

hi i m newbies about wiiu. need to ask sth.

so i have question.
1. if i want to hack my wiiU Japan for playing game on ext hdd and change language to be english.
it need to install CFW . right?

2. From the flowchart . i have to use BrowserHax ,WUP installer and Mocha CFW and CBHC .. . right? and does it is best way for my requirement?

3. does it possible to change wiiU language japanese to english by using CFW\

4. After CFW. does my gamepad will be work ?
5. does GamePad will be change to be english also

You can change it in the system settings. Cfw is not required for that. Cfw looks like the original firmware. But the only difference is that the signature patches are disabled when you use mocha, haxchi or cbhc.
