Hacking Newb question regarding emulating stuff

Hi! I am new, and read through the stickies, and have one question before going any further (already got homebrew channel working though!)

I have a fairly large external harddrive that appears to be compatible. Am I able to have Wii games as well as emulators for things such as N64, Gamecube, SNES, ect on it at the same time, or do I have to dedicate the harddrive to a single use?

In vWii mode, yes. One partition on one drive should work fine.
