Thx for the info i'll have to try it later as i'm reshelling a ps4 slim i just replaced the HDMI port in at my shop...This all lies in the source code, you'll have to re-compile it to have a custom splash screen.

Thanks for the feedback. For what it's worth on my winchester this has happenend on regular badupdate v1.1. official as well. Just goes for hours without a crash. I think for now we will stick with v1.1. It is a great effort but i've heard no good feedback from anyone about the v1.2 fork.Yep, I originally modded my first fat PS2 with Syphon Filter Omega swap. Everyone these days has things easy by comparison, and that's just great.
Just got stuck for me when I tried. No crash, but skipping audio and no exploit launch. I went back to 1.1 after that experience, since at least with a crash I know to start over again.

I think I've seen it happen once on my Falcon system. Otherwise it's always been a crash or success. Thanks for the feedback. I really wonder if the console revision matters. I think any motherboard rev will eventually work but I bet they have different success rates. I get constant freezes on my WinchesterI think I've seen it happen once on my Falcon system. Otherwise it's always been a crash or success.

On the official 1.1, I get a lot of freeze/lockup crashes before a success, usually. I've only had first try luck maybe two times so far.I really wonder if the console revision matters. If we get times like this consistently there will be little need for solderinganother record from me, 1 minute 30 seconds. I did something but I am unsure if matters or not.

I just had it crash after it succeeded on the message box on official v1.1
We will always need to run Blades dashboard...If we get times like this consistently there will be little need for soldering![]()
Is that such a bad thing?I just had it crash after it succeeded on the message box on official v1.1

I think I've run into a similar crash, but mine turned the whole image into negative. Scary stuff.
its for ALL 360s. it is not a practical exploit at this point....its just good for dumping the NAND and check temps.might be a dumb question but does this exploit only work on winchester 360??
i have a non Winchester and i had no success at all it keep on crashing.

Not practical isn't really accurate since you can do with it almost anything you can with RGH. Just takes more time to get there. I've been playing with it and have done much more than a NAND dump and temp checks ✔its for ALL 360s. it is not a practical exploit at this point....its just good for dumping the NAND and check temps.

Just never turn it off. Hell the only reason I do turn it off is to test 360-hack-pack. And it's just hours of boredom after that until it works... Only way for a winchester tho (MFR 3-17-2015) which is actually really close to the 360 I bought brand new back in the day. If you gave me this in 2015 I'd even wait weeks for it to work and do the same thing (waste electricity). Not practical isn't really accurate since you can do with it almost anything you can with RGH. I think we should have a community thing where we say how any attempts, how long per attempt, console model, etc. I know it's completely random but is everyone else really spending hours each time? I think I read somewhere that console model doesn't matter but I'm not exaggerating when I say it takes me 2-4hrs each time. It has worked the first time once, but I just think maybe something weird with Winchesters but I'm not sure. What do you think @SylverReZ ?sometimes the transition to stage 2 is really fast, in less that 10 seconds, but in other execution takes a lot of time. Who knows why.
