Yes, once you apply the exploit, you can run unsigned apps/ games.

Is there a homebrew app for 360 that allows to resign DLC from one console to another?
And if so, would it, once signed to another console, continue to work without the an exploit?

You can install the dlc folders to the correct path using xexmenu, then use XM360 to unlock that dlc. I'm sure it will work the same way as a rgh modded x360. Not sure if will work without the exploit running, but don't see why not once unlocked.

I have the XM360 homebrew. I probably should have mentioned that.

So it basically can resign the DLC and XBLA content (alongside unlocking trial games) with the current one from the console it is running on then?

I own the Ultimate Collection of Forza Motorsport 3 and I like many others who bought it feel just a bit ripped off as it states all content from Xbox Live is included even though it is not.
Personally I would like to be able to obtain the VIP cars since they are included but not buyable. Is there any know way to do this?

Speaking of transferring DLC files, I can just use a Horizon with my USB drive and use the homebrew app to unlock them.

So basically unlocking is actually just re-signing with the console key(s)? If so then possibly mods installed as content files should be able to be re-signed as well right? Or am I wrong?

I'm curious to see how many people that use this exploit, and unsigned apps/ games, will get their console banned once they take it back online? I don't think anyone has mentioned or brought that up that yet, but it Is definitely a possibility.

Honestly, the 360's XBL is dead anyway. I don't really care if I get console banned.

Wrong, because you break the signature once you touch one bit of the DLC.
Also XM360 does not resign anything, it unlocks the content by modifying it in a way to make it look like you purchased it.
