If this is real, and a primary exploit, it will truly be amazing. Nintendo probably won't be able to truly patch it, and it's not CN we're talking about it, it's the third best selling game of the 3DS. I'm really excited for this.

If that is a primary exploit, Nintendo can not just block the network activity for this. If they cannot fix this permanently, that would be a great step.

There should be many stages of where it gains access to whatever services. There are so many ways to fake it. Thats all.

Ehh, I'd say it's probably true. The guy's got nothing to gain from fooling everyone with ORAS. If so, he would have done it a long time ago.
