Hacking New Super Mario Bros - Cant save

i have akaio 1.8.5 running and im having problems saving. It doesnt seem to save the game.

What save type should i be using? ive tried default save type

Are there any known issues with the game?

I'm recalling this from memory so bare with me..


In the Acekard menu, select NSMB... press Y. It should say save type in the top row... select default/auto.

You should be able to save now.

If not report back and I'll try to help you further.

Also note that NSMB doesn't save until you've beaten a castle/tower. You're doing that, right?
