first thing that comes to my mind is that, if this was a military project why would they do it on some place where there's people below? aren't they scared if it fails and then land on people? doesnt make sense... are they trying to show off or what? and most of the times, they announce that they're doing a military stuff AFTER it has occured? They say it was the 8th sighting for the last 5 months? thats seems a lot >.<
