PS1/2 New Ps2 :)

I just bought a new ps2 that came with NHL 2005-2008, Fifa 06, Hitman 2, Tonk hawks underground, ratchet and clank 1 and grand theft auto vice city. It is the new 500010 model with the built in network adapter. I tried hacking it with a swap trick using Hitman and NHLl 05 but both gave me disk read errors after i tried to boot ulaunch. Can any of the games listed be used to hack my ps2 ???? any help would be appreciated thx
