You can get them if you trade for them. You have to go to a trading forum for that. Powersaves cannot change IVs.
The codes came out on Friday last week. So maybe they'll come out on Friday this week? Simple logic.
Don't you have any patience? It's not that hard to simply wait for the new codes instead of asking for them every couple hours. Just do something else instead, like, I dunno, play something to keep you occupied until then.That's what I was thinking. But hopefully not that long.
no one else is as bad as you though. i used to not mind but more and more it does bother me. Someone can say "new code" in reference to a question and you have been quick to jump asking if new codes are in, when you find out there are not you are quick to begin explaining how you cant wait for this and that and how you expect this and that. i dont see that in many others but you.
on more of a powersaves note. im guessing for an update near wednesdays/fridays from this point on. till then i really am mostly hoping for more rare balls and ability modifier (although unlikely) till then.

Is it possible for them to create a change the games language for Animal Crossing: New Leaf? Such as the code that Pokemon X and Y have? Or is the language rom based?
The thing is that. I don't think you could add a hackedmon from Pokecheck onto saves on Powersaves. Which will be kind of awkwardly strange
