I'm assuming both megastones for Latias/Latios will be available in OR/AS. My question is, when the game is released would Datel put the codes back up for XY or would they put those codes for OR/AS?

Makes sense since Latios and Latias were introduced in 3rd gen.
The items are probably in X/Y for compatibility reasons,

My guess would be probably both. We already know that they exist in X/Y, so I it wouldn't be like they are cart locked like the spiky eared pichu. Once they are public and Nintendo releases the Wi-Fi trade ban, there would be little reason to not open the edits back up.

I think my pokemon y broke in v1.16 I inserted my game and it started to not read my game(pokemon y) I don't know if powersaves did it any solutions

I really laughed about this, so my 3DS doesn't have a spring when you insert your game so I have to pull it out (Yanno what happens with second hand consoles) so it has trouble recognising my cart because I have to do that. So when my friend came over with his version of Y it worked instantly!
