It does not look edited to me.
The reflections of the 2847523945235 lights that room seems to have are all over the console including the screen.
The paper also looks quite legit and Leo has posted pics of his 3DS before.

Just that generic Wonder Card modifier code that was tweaked to generate the monster at level 10 at all times.

Edit: I guess it's possible that we will see the VGC Mamoswine Wonder Card code added this week given how rapidly they added the Magmar/Ekectabuzz and Darkrai ones.

i have not had any issues using this code at all. i have seen others claim the same issues. perhaps it doesnt work for certain pokemon ? i have only used mine on either eevee's. so i cant say that i have ventured off that path.

Trade the pokemon, get it back and then apply the code.
It worked for me that way.
