I literally just tried applying a code, worked fine. What country/region are you in ?

Mine is Pokemon X EUR, maybe in Pokemon Y works fine

try cleaning your cart, lots of people had that error a while ago and solved it by cleaning or licking the cart

America/NTSC. All my other games work fine, but just plugging in Pokemon X causes an error.

People state that Y has less problems than X. When I had the X cartridge it got bricked by applying a code.
Try taking the advice above and clean the metal bits preferably with the alcohol method.

I tried with a Pokemon Y just released of the box and say the same error :S

Maybe just leave it until tomorrow. It might be certain regions affected.

Actually, the codes are for everybody, not for each country. I kindly suggest you to learn a little more english. If you are having any trouble trying to express yourself, contact me.

That depends because it changes the Pokémon almost completely.

1. Make sure you entered a valid e-mail used to registration
2. Make sure license key is keyed corrected.

If both this is done right, consider either/both:

1. License key wrong region (powersaves are region locked) AND/OR
2. Your powersaves program cannot connect to internet. (could be firewall, for example)

Symptoms for the above 2 points:
1. All games show red exclamation mark on codes, with no codes for all games, even games stated to have codes on their web
2. Animal Crossing, Pokemon etc (nand games, a.k.a cart2 games) cannot backup and restore save files.

Never happening; if they wanted to add it they already would have - it's as simple as changing the ball is.

Datel has said they don't want to touch anything online relating to changing of a Pokémon's data. No changing anything with battle impact that you can't do normally ingame.

But we seriously need a compiled list of troubleshooting steps and stuff on the first page.

Every page a different member will have similar issues.

At least if we update the details to the first post, we can simply direct them there
