Hardware New Nintendo 3DS Black or White ?

I voted black, but I have the white Ambassador version, though mostly bought it for my collection as I also have an imported black n3DS XL from New Zealand. But if I were to use it as my main console, I would definitely go with the black one.

Even though I always prefered white / silver consoles, I'll go for a black 3ds when it comes out, I already got some ideas for 3d printed faceplates that will go nicely with it.

White is a nice color but the white frame could I labor in the eyes with long gaming sessions .
And then the package version Black is the best : p

I think black works better with faceplates. And I've never been much of a fan of white consoles anyway.

I'm importing the white standard size from Australia because I think the black XL they are releasing alone here in the U.S. looks terrible.

I'm getting an XL Metallic Blue one when its released here in the UK on the 13th, cannot wait!!! I'm super excited! obviously as long as its on FW9.2 or below, I shall be asking to plug the bugger in with my charger that I will be taking with me at the Grainger store asap before I take it home for keeps, for sure, no doubt about that. So yes sorry bit of topic there but Metallic Blue all the way.

The white.Also like the red one.white is against the dust and pretty nice and feels like better quality plastic.also has transparent plastic on the back.(idk if others colours too)

I got a white one, I like the color of the cover plates with it and the buttons on white. But now that I have it I kind of want black too.

Same. White looks gorgeous with cover plates, but black looks nice on it's own. The only problem I have with the white one honestly is that it's default cover plates are more of an 80s/90s computer case beige (but only the cover plates the rest is more of a slight off-white). Not really brown, but just not pure white. I'd check out the cover plates at http://www.nintendo.co.jp/3ds/kisekae/index.html#/lineup/ if you're looking to decide which color though, see which cover plate you'll probably keep on the most and find the color which goes best with it.
