Hacking New microSD

Hello,
today I brought a new microSD for my New N3DS. Now I want to transfer all my old data to this microSD.
What should I do? Copy all the data and paste it to the new one? Use emuNAND Tool to extract my emuNAND and inject it to the new one? Which file system is recommended?

The Filesystem is always fat32, if you have a 64gb+ card you cannot format to fat32 unless you use 3rd part sortware like easus partition manager.
Also use 32kb cluster for performance

What you will need to do first is Extract your Emunand and Inject it into the New sd card like you said.
The just copy everything over
Make sure you make the emunand first becuase of typical formatting

Correct but you will need to format Emunand on the New SD card first to inject your emunand backup
