No this is a completely different cart, different manufacturer and a different design of cart to acekard.

The card may look the same but be aware that cart in the video is only a prototype and doesn't have the casing over the cart but as someone else said its from a different company and the ninjads doesn't require any patching to be done on the computer (supports clean roms)
