Yes it does. It should be used only for projects that you know, actually have a snowball's chance in hell of ever happening. Capcom doesn't care about the franchise anymore. Why do you think Kenji Inafune is making Mighty No. 9? Because Capcom won't make another Mega Man game. Personally, I don't give a tin schilling about it being made into a board game. I hope they send a C&D.

If people want a Mega Man game, fund a kickstarter for a real game.
