Well I am new here n wana ask a few questions.

Got a 3DS Red/Black Ver. 4.1.0.8u

So really I am just looking to get a good Flash Card.

I read around but still seem pretty lost since all the options there are so.

Best flash card to get?
Good site to order it from (from Canada)
and what software to get with the flashcard.

Your three best options are the Supercard DSTWO, the R4i Gold 3DS (from r4ids.cn), and the Acekard 2i.

If you're willing to pay a little more and you want to be able to emulate GBA games, get the DSTWO. It's definitely the best one, but again, it's a little bit more expensive than the others.

If you don't care about GBA games, get the R4i Gold 3DS or the Acekard 2i. The R4i Gold 3DS is updated more frequently to work with the newest games, so I highly recommend the R4i Gold 3DS. The R4i Gold 3DS also has a better record of getting timeline firmware updates for compatibility with new 3DS software updates.

The Acekard 2i is essentially the same thing, but it's definitely not updated as much.

I have ma PSP for GBA games and psp/psx games!

I am looking forward for snes games since snes dont run the best on psp in some cases!

and ds games

SNES is better on the PSP than the DS. Make sure you're using recent CFW and emulators on the PSP for best results.

hmm well its not bad but some games dont run full, but i heard that snes was better on ds

Not true at all. The PSP's emulation is far more powerful than that of the DS.
