Hacking new exploit for wii !!

new reply at wii-homebrew.com Heute, 23:45 (some minutes ago)


Seam the Exploit works on every PAL wii now (only with loadmii and 60Hz) but however I want to port the Exploit to JPN and NTSC Version. But I only have the PAL Versions so I need help.

ADD: Dose a korean version exist?

ADD: from kiffer wii-homebrew.com is the only way to contact ichfly bad but true or dose someone know an other way?

Did u ask a Korea version game of "Yu-Gi-Oh 5D's " ? The answer is no.

yes it depends on the memory allocation status but the develeper of YU-GI-OH 5D used static buffer most times so the memory is malloct to the same address all times.

But first check if the exploit works on RYOJ

dump the game
install Dolphin and the make a savegame with Dolphin.
overwrite from 0x4 to 256 with

I've tried editing RYOJ savegame, then I ran the game in Dolphin and it showed this window like below pic.

Yeah! Just hacked a 4.3E Wii
with help of this Yu-Gi-Ownd Hack!

I started Homebrew Launcher 0.7 and then the HackMii 0.8 Installer.

I was able to modify it for the NTSC-J game so that it executes the payload... but I get no display on my PAL monitor... code seems to work as it shows successful progress for me indicated by drive lighting codes I've added.

Success progress
0 - Short - Short - Short
1 - Short - Short - Long
2 - Short - Long - Short
3 - Short - Long - Long

Failure cases
4 - Long - Short - Short
5 - Long - Short - Long
6 - Long - Long - Short
7 - Long - Long - Long

Don't expect it to work but at least you can test it,

Hmm, I'll try it tomorrow.

Btw I've tested it on my ntsc supporting lcd tv too, it didn't work... I'll shift my debug lighting to see where it does stuck though this would indeed be a video problem altogether...
