It's an unoffical patch to play the game in english. The english patches have been around for awhile. However everytime DBO gets offical updates the patch gets undone and a new patch has to get made. The more that is changed in the offical updates the longer the english patch takes to get released. This latest English patch has taken the longest to date to be created, tested and released.
