That is the tool where you can convert image you extracted TPL (with TPL Viewer - tga) to TPL...
I used that both always already >.

No the one in the zip is called tplconv. to read TPL images you have to press Leer TPL (it's Spanish)

If I open the A Health screen .tpl it gives me a error

If I open B Health screen .tpl it says this:
Para trabjar con TPL, es necesario borrar el buffer de imagenes ?Desea continuar?
[Yes] [No]

(Yes)

And doesn't open / show it.

Strange cause it allways works for the A Health screen but the B health screen doesn't work either

people, don't mess around with tplconv and systemmenu!
You won't get a good result.

Those of you who don't know what they are doing, should beware of a massive brick!
systemmenu is not a banner!

WiiShizzza is correct. the system menu is a collection of image file animation scripts sounds triggers events etc. that the main system menu uses to compile your interface. using the public tools available i would have killed 30 wii's in the last day alone trying to make changes to the system menu. DONT DO IT!
the proper tools will be out once they are perfected and the people making them have a way to eliminate any risk doing this. be patient good things are coming

That would just be music for the video. The music is playing when the TV displays "NO SIGNAL".
