Ok so I bought myself an Acekard 2i and I installed the language fix and it was like 0.5 seconds to install it. Does mine already has the update or it's just normal to wait 0.5 seconds to install. Did I just re-installed it?

my HW is 81 and bought last June 23, 2009

so im expecting the anti-nintendo update blocking to be the same speed as the language fix when acekard release the next update to block the dsi update?

IF Acekard (keyword is IF) releases a kernel update, it will take longer than the language fix to flash. Why? Because, the language fix only flashes a portion of the kernel, not the entire thing.

oh. ok. i understand.

back on topic: it's just that quick to update the language fix because it updates a portion of the kernel, am i right? and acekard is scaring me that i might destroy the unit. i hope they can replace it when that happens.

Off topic: I know they'll release one kernel update as we all saw the language fix being a sample.
