Hacking new 3ds xl owner... questions :)

so i managed to pick up a 3ds xl brand new in box for 175 bucks... its on firmware 4.2.0. my question is can i put it on 4.5 or does it matter? are there any benefits to running 4.5?.

also grabbed a 32gb class 10 sandisk card for it... just waiting for gateway to come in the mail.

it runs the same on any 4x just leave it where it is

4.2 is pretty much the perfect honey sweet spot, since it doesn't have the bugs 4.1 did, neither it had the massive flashcart block that the 4.3 update had.
