Done so many times before. Try using the search next time. Regardless....

Nintendo has already said that the 3DS is about as small as it can get. There will not be a lite version unless you want them to start removing pieces. An XL is questionable, as there is no telling if they will be able to use their parts that they use on a larger scale without it costing too much to be worth it. There will never be added hardware features, as the device will become too damn cluttered if they try to add anything else to the already filled to the brim design.

Revisions of this are far less likely then they were for the DS, as the DS started out with lots of room for improvement. The 3DS had a lot of time put into it to get it to an excellent place right away.

Except it is pretty small, which cramps the fingers for people with bigger hands.

Nintendo will most likely remake the 3DS, due to their insane greed and the sheer number of problems the 3DS has.

Which is only one problem that may not be fix and oh maybe battery life?

Only after 2 years. It either be the highly doubtful 3DSV(Vertical 3D) in my mind

or the highly likely 3DS XL.

OR even stronger 3D? (Pop out more or better depth)

It wouldn't be a major change.

all i'm gonna say is i'm waiting for it, honestly the 3ds is pretty ugly on the outside and there is way too much bezel around the screen on the inside

also the battery sucks balls

so once they fix at least the ugliness and the battery i'll be picking one up, expecting it in about 2 years time

Aside from the battery life, I can see:

Fixing the screen from scratching. The layering makes the touch screen's edges rub against the top screen.
Cameras that can sometimes fail.
Gloss that scratches way too much.

And a few other things.

I have no scratches. Never heard about scratches to much or to easy.

You have fault cameras? Unless you mean improve quality which I doubt.

One thing that I feel they could change is the slide pad to plastic so you can put your own
color rubber on there. It not a must tho...

Happy for ya. The 3DS is about the size of the DSi. And from the DSi I got HORRIBLE cramps. They were even worse with the size of the DSL. Then I bought the XL and it's been nothing short of a gift from God.

Amen.

Anyway, back on topic there's a bunch of different stuff they could do to improve the 3DS IMO.

1). Fix battery life. I'm not buying one 'til this is fixed.

2). Improve camera quality. (I see this happening as Nintendo is rivaling Apple who increase camera quality with new iPod Touch/iPhone revisions).

3). Fix the supposed screen scratching issue.

4). Fix the hinge.

5). I foresee an improvement in the 3DS's 3D mechanism. (If only I could foresee the next lottery numbers.

)

6). Moving the stylus right around and maybe some of the buttons.

There's a bunch, just don't think major hardware revisions. After all, the DS Lite wasn't too much different than the original DS.
