No, your problem is more than likely MenuHax still being installed. Just delete any of these folders you find within the sysnand folder in the "Nintendo 3DS" folder: 000002cc, 000002cd, 000002ce

Lol. My OCD would kick in on that too. Just had to keep it simple for the OP. And if the problem actually is Menuhax, you could actually just disable the "Autoboot Sysnand" option and see if it boots into Emunand.

I guess i wouldn't know. first thing i did with my system after installing my A9LH was Booting into EmuNand9 and restoring the EmuNand i had while i still had the stuff that's in my sig.
