You're not answering the questions and I'm afraid it's making it very difficult to help you.

In regards to
you said you "tried that". What did you try?

no, the word brick implies a unit that doesnt function anymore and might as well just be a paperweight. otherwise gateway bricks aren't bricks because it boots to a blue screen instead of doing nothing...
Exactly, a unit that "boots to a blue screen instead of doing nothing" is obviously not "a unit that doesn't function anymore and might as well just be a paperweight". Because paperweights don't boot to blue screens.

But we're getting off topic now.

Or was there some thing else in that quote I missed

All right, one last try:

I formatted the card as fat or fat 32 can't remember then replaced only the required files to boot. No extra cia's etc. Same results same errors
What do you mean by "only the required files to boot"? Because the only file required to boot is boot.firm (Luma).

You can try this again and only put the latest boot.firm on the card.

i apperiate you help but this ourcomunication is lacking. i put on the required files \ folders from the tutoiral that i normally use to mod on the sd card... no extra apps\cia etc.... ive modded many 3ds amongst many other system before, soft mod and hardware.. its not my 1st time. the struggle i have is i have no idea what happened to this console as i did not mod it. and my trouble shooting is weak as whem i mod.... 0 problems... so this is your last try i thank you and good bye :)

i actaully got it!!!

That person had a brick with this error.
An exception occurred
Processor:
ARM11 (core 0)
Exception type: prefetch abort (svcBreak)
Fault status: Debug event
Current process: menu (0004003000008F02)

Check if you have a "gamecoin"-type brick.
  1. In GodMode9, go into [1:] SYSNAND CTRNAND directory.
  2. Hold (R)-shoulder button and press (X) button on the datafolder.
    • :!: Be very careful. Pressing only the (X) button brings up the delete option. Do not delete!
  3. Rename the data folder to data2.
  4. Press (START) button to exit GodMode9.
If successful, your 3DS system will try to make a new user profile.
