I think they have trouble with CC company's freezing their funds. Paypal would also do this which is why it's such an odd process to pay them.

I have a feeling I'll get an email similar to what they sent you. Did you contact them first? I placed an order with them and paid with card directly (dumb move I know) but when the funds never came out of my bank and I never got a confirmation I figured my bank blocked the transaction as suspected fraud. I ordered from them like a week ago.

Same here, Yes you should get a email of them over this, They was no think even pending out of my card, So got this email today nearly week later.

So gone to their website longed in, they was a reset on paying, but this time no card, only paypal listed.

Gone to my paypal, sent their Email from my replay above with order number and payment in USD, So took payment from my paypal and it took some from debit card also, got email say it had gone through and awaiting shipping within one working day, Not long after sent..

Then on their website also, later my order number mention payment sent, await shipping.

edit, yes I did send them an onsite mail, see what happen to my order, few days be four.
