Natsume didn't make Harvest moon- they translated it. It's like how Working Designs didn't make Lunar, they merely translated it into English and released it over seas. I don't remember the name of the company who made HM, though. It was a strange name.

You mean clearly Anime style. It's not hard for foreigners such as the Koreans to copy that style of drawing. Anime fans can't seem to tell anymore. You'll really have to look at the companies to see if it's really Japanese or not.

Checked the Japanese Neverland and Natsume site but nothing about it. No signs of a Japanese release date either.

Tough game, yeah... and no, it isn't a tactics game - it's like a puzzle rpg. You wander around dungeons hack and slash style solving puzzles. Very unique game surprisingly and tough as nails without save states. I'll probably get frustrated several times...but it may be worth it. The art is pretty awesome, too.
